In addition to our standard 12 month manufacturing warranty, we are delighted to offer an extended warranty with our newest collection of Outdoor products, giving you piece of mind with every purchase.
We offer a 3-year warranty on flat weave and aluminium framework sold under the Gallery brand. Rope weave, timber, cushions, and accessories are covered for 2 years. This only applies to the UK market.
The following parts are not covered under our warranty: glass, fabric damage/fade or cushion fillings unless assessed by Gallery to be a manufacturing defect.
The warranty is the maximum period covered and any replacements provided do not re-start the warranty period. The warranty is only valid for defects and manufacturing faults, we reserve the right to not apply the warranty where we deem damages and defects are caused by:
- Fair wear and tear
- Commercial use
- Insufficient and/or incorrect product maintenance
- Instances where the product/s has been tampered with by a third party.
- Not following the assembly instructions correctly
- Foreign weather conditions if the furniture is moved outside of the UK.
- Inappropriate misuse such as vandalism, abuse, neglect, or deliberate act
Where a defect is found we will repair wherever possible or replace the faulty part or parts of the product. The method of remedy under this warranty shall be at the discretion of Gallery Direct Ltd.
Consumers are required to report claims to the retailer from where they made their purchase. Where a claim is made under warranty, images and full description of fault will be required to support the claim. Each claim will be assessed individually by Gallery with the outcome decision notified to the retailer.
