Order Query

All order history can be found using your Gallery Direct online account, your order does not have to have been placed using our online store in order to see its progress.

You can then see the status of your order, delivery details and tracking.

Here's a few of the commonly used order statuses you will see:

  • Processing: Your order is being processed
  • Sent to the warehouse, due to be booked in – we will be in touch shortly
  • Booked in, awaiting picking
  • Being picked and processed ready for dispatch
  • Dispatched: Your item is now with our fleet or the designated courier for delivery

  • Part dispatched – items in stock will be with you shortly, out of stock items will be on back order
