Trade deliveries to UK Mainland

Our own highly skilled delivery team are able to deliver the majority of orders using our dedicated UK logistics fleet within 7-10 days from order confirmation.

However, if the order can be safely delivered as a parcel, predominantly smaller-sized dispatches, then we will send via parcel service within 24-48 hours and on a next-day delivery service.

If you require a specific date for delivery, then you can select your ‘preferred delivery date’ at the checkout online. We will aim to accommodate all delivery requests; but will be in contact if there are any issues once stock reservations have been made and carriers allocated. Your ‘Estimated dispatch date’ will also be reflected in your ‘Order History’ online.

 

Please note that orders are despatched from our various specialist warehouse locations, therefore items may not be delivered at the same time.

A delivery attempt that is unable to be completed due to the customer will be charged at the same rate as the delivery.

UK Mainland

£650 ex VAT - minimum carriage paid order

Orders below carriage paid but large enough for a pallet delivery, are subject to a delivery surcharge of £59.75

 

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands (including Isle of Man and Isle of Wight) are available via 3rd party courier and delivery times will generally be 2-3 weeks from confirmation of your order.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight will require a UK mainland shippers address for delivery.

Parcel Sized Trade Deliveries

– if the order can be safely delivered as a parcel, predominantly smaller-sized dispatches, then we will send via parcel service, see guide below:

£6.95 - Under 1kg (collectively) 

£9.95 - Under 5kg (collectively) 

£14.95 - Under 10kg (collectively)

*Note:

• All mirrors are subject to a 'fragile service' charge of £5 per mirror to include extra packaging and careful handling.
• All parcel deliveries are subject to geographical surcharges dictated by our couriers including, but not limited to: Scottish Highlands and Islands. See separate charges online.
• Single large mirrors over 25kg, will be charged at £29.95 + fragile £5 (£34.95)

Deliveries to Northern Ireland

£950 ex VAT - carriage paid order*

Orders below carriage paid but large enough for a pallet delivery, are subject to a delivery surcharge of £99

Delivery times will generally be 2-3 weeks from confirmation of your order

If you are a business that is not based in the Republic of Ireland, but requires delivery to the Republic of Ireland, then you can either:

• Use our Click & Collect service (see separate Click & Collect section for more details)
• Provide a UK mainland shippers address for delivery

Gallery Direct does not arrange any deliveries to the Republic of Ireland directly.

Can I collect my orders?

Order and collect in person – FREE, NO MINIMUM ORDER

We are more than happy for you to collect your order from our warehouse in person. Please place your order online and select the Click & Collect option.

We require the name of the person(s) or company collecting and we will endeavour to prepare your purchase for collection 48 hours after your order has been placed.

Please note: - collections are available from our Chesterfield or Sittingbourne warehouses, so one of our friendly team will be in contact to confirm the earliest date for collection from your preferred location.

Do you offer Direct Home Delivery?

Yes, we can support Direct Home Deliveries to Mainland UK. Our Customer Care and Transport teams will co-ordinate deliveries with you and/or your customer.

Deliveries are made between 7am – 7pm Monday to Friday (times will be allocated on an AM or PM basis only)

Deliveries sent via our Gallery Fleet on a 1 Man or parcel service will be booked out via WhatsApp Messenger, notifying the customer of their delivery slot and highlighting our ‘leave safe’ service.

This service includes delivery to a neighbour or a safe location, such as a porch. In both instances, our delivery team will take a photograph as proof of delivery and leave a card. 

There is also the option for the customer to re-schedule their delivery for an alternative date.

Please note - Made To Order items will require a longer delivery lead time, which will be confirmed once the item has been received into our warehouse.

We aim to dispatch all non-parcel orders using our own UK logistics fleet within 7 days of order receipt.

Standard Delivery - No assembly or unpacking included

One Man (under 25kg)              £48.00

Two Man (over 25kg)                £68.00

Two+ Man (containing an item weighing over 100kg)                £90.00

The above charges cover up to and including 10 items, additional items are charged at £5.00 per item.

White glove furniture home delivery - Premium - Full assembly, in the room of choice and removal of all packaging

One Man White Glove (under 25kg)                   £65.00

Two Man White Glove (over 25kg)                     £95.00

Two+ Man White Glove (containing an item weighing over 100kg)                £120.00

The above charges cover up to and including 3 items, additional items are charged at £15 per item.

Note – all OUTDOOR items are excluded from White Glove delivery service

Any order containing an item weighing over 100kg (collectively) is strictly to ground floor only, for insurance purposes.
