Can I collect my orders?

Yes, we are happy to arrange your order for collection from our Chesterfield warehouse, we would kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hour’s notice and confirmation of when and who will be collecting.

Please note,  items held in 3rd party warehouses, such as Lighting and Outdoor cannot be collected. If your order contains any of these items, the Click & Collect option will not show at the checkout, they will need to be removed and placed seperately.

If you hold a proforma account with us then your order will need to be paid in full for the goods you are collecting prior to your arrival.

Please be aware that Gallery Direct is unable to accept returns for items that have not been delivered by its own fleet or their appointed third party carrier. Gallery Direct will not be held responsible for any damage incurred via a third party carrier / couriers including the Buyer’s own transport. The Buyer must inspect the Goods within 7 days of receipt (including Saturday and Sunday) and before any Goods are delivered to the Buyer’s customer(s). It is recommended that the Buyer ensures any transport companies, collecting or delivering on the Buyer’s behalf, have the appropriate insurance in place.
