Can I cancel my order?

All orders must be cancelled in writing via email to admin@gallerydirect.co.uk and must be received before the order is submitted to our warehouse for processing and dispatch..

All cancellation requests must be received a minimum of 72 hours prior to the agreed delivery date.

If the goods have already been processed and picked by our warehouse teams or have already been dispatched then a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Please see clause 7.10 of our Terms & Conditions confirming how this is charged. 

Please note - all Made to Order items are manufactured to specification and therefore the order cannot be amended or cancelled once your order had been submitted and production has commenced.

Before placing an order, please take note of the dimensions of the item being ordered to ensure that it will fit in the room of choice and that it will also fit through the entrance and access point/s to the property.
